Return Policy

1. Return Period

To request a return, it must be done within 7 business days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. Condition of the Vehicle

The vehicle being returned must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with no alterations, damage, or signs of excessive use. If the vehicle does not meet these conditions, the return will be denied or subject to a reconditioning fee.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Any additional shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Process

After the vehicle is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, the amount paid for the vehicle will be refunded within 7 business days.

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns for vehicles that have been customized or modified at the customer’s request. Additionally, we do not accept returns for vehicles that have been damaged by the customer.
